District court Wöltingerode

The District Court of Wöltingerode was a court of ordinary jurisdiction with its seat in Kloster Wöltingerode .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the Wöltingerode office . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Goslar . In 1879 the Wöltingerode District Court was dissolved and its judicial district was added to the Goslar District Court .
