District Judges Association
The Amtsrichterverband e. V. ( ARV ) ( Association for the Promotion of the Administration of Justice and Independence of Judges at Local Court ) is a professional association based in Karlsruhe , to which only judges at German local courts can belong.
It was founded on December 11, 2003 in Karlsruhe. The founding of the Magistrates Association had become necessary in the opinion of the founders, because the interests of the magistrate neither of the existing judges' associations ( German Association of Judges and New Judges Association ) would adequately represented even by the judicial authorities.
The Federal Ministry of Justice wrote to him in 2008 about changes to the right to interim injunctions so that he could comment.
He was one of 68 associations that were involved in the draft law on data retention in advance .
