Ana ( Arabic عانة, DMG ʿĀna ; also Anah ) is an Iraqi city .

The place is in the Iraqi governorate al-Anbar . Ana lies on the banks of the Euphrates . In 2014 the place was taken by the Islamist organization ISIS . In November 2017, the site was recaptured by the Iraqi armed forces.
