Cultivation acceptance
An installation acceptance (confirmation of proper installation ) is the assessment of the installation of vehicle parts for which there is a parts certificate from a technical service.
An operating license for a vehicle does not expire if the proper installation of the installed parts has been confirmed by a motor vehicle expert. This confirmation is only issued if
- a) the part can be identified
- b) a parts certificate according to Annex XIX Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) is available
- c) the area of use and the requirements have been complied with
Any vehicle inspection center can carry out this installation acceptance.
If no parts certificate is available, an acceptance according to § 21 StVZO ( individual operating permit ) is required.
