André Kimbuta Yango (born June 14, 1954 in Kikwit , Bandundu ) has been the governor of Kinshasa , the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo , since March 16, 2007 . He graduated from the National Pedagogical University (UPN) in Kinshasa in 1979 with a degree in mathematics.
