André Zorn

André Zorn (born April 10, 1963 in Arnstadt ) is a German meteorologist and politician ( PDS , Die Linke ). In 1990 he was a member of the Berlin city council .

Life

André Zorn completed a degree in meteorology from 1982 to 1987 at the Humboldt University in Berlin . He then worked in the GDR's aviation weather service until 1990, then in the field of immission control and, since 1992, at measuring points for air pollutants and odors. He has been an expert on airborne contamination since 2015.

Party and politics

In 1990 Zorn held a mandate for the PDS in the East Berlin city council. Since 2009 he has been a member of the community council of Frankenhain for Die Linke .
