Andrea Friedrich (* 1966 in Hildesheim ) is a German economist .

Life

Friedrich is a graduate economist . She was u. a. works as a personnel officer for the IHK . Afterwards she was a research assistant at the University of Paderborn and in 2001 she started working on flexible working hours and self-organization. Analysis and derivation of design options for personnel management doctorate. She also worked as a freelance personnel consultant . Since 2002 she has been a professor at the Faculty of Social Work and Health at the HAWK Hochschule Hildesheim / Holzminden / Göttingen in Hildesheim. Her main research interests are social work (organization and personnel management) and communication / interaction. She does volunteer work in the field of social work. Andrea Friedrich has been Head of Social Affairs in the Peine district since August 2019.
