Andreas Böhlen (model pilot)

Andreas Böhlen is a Swiss model pilot . He is two-time world champion and multiple Swiss champion in the performance model gliding category F3B for remote-controlled thermal aircraft models.

Career

At the 1999 World Championships in Rastenburg , South Africa , he was fourth. In 2005 he won the individual title at the World Championships in Lappeenranta, Finland with the “Crossfire” model . Two years later, he finished fourth at the 2007 World Cup in Emmen, Switzerland ; in the team standings he achieved silver behind the German team.

At the 2017 World Championships in Mikulovice u Jeseníku , Andreas Böhlen again achieved fourth place.
