Andreas Kunadis

Andreas Kunadis (Ανδρέας Κουνάδης, Andreas Kounadis , Italian Andrea Cunadis ; * around 1480; † 1522 in Venice ) was a Greek merchant and promoter of Greek prints in Venice.

He came to Venice from Patras . There he was supported by Angela Santa Maria, the daughter of the merchant Damiano Santa Maria. Since 1521, the first prints of liturgical books in Greek in Venice appeared in the printing works of Giovanni Antonio Nicolini da Sabbio with his financial support . Andreas Kunadis died in late 1522.
