Andreas Pfeiler

Andreas Pfeiler (born July 12, 1961 in Vienna ) is an Austrian entrepreneur.

Life

Pfeiler completed his Matura at the upper secondary school in Linz and then took a degree in law and economics in Linz. After his doctorate as Dr. Juris, he had a court year in a law firm from 1986 to 1988. Between 1988 and 1990 he was assistant to the executive board at CL Pharma AG. From 1990 to 1993, Pfeiler was Head of Finance, Human Resources, Law and Technology at Hafslund Nycomed Pharma AG.

In 1993 he became director of Hafslund Nycomed Pharma AG. From 1996 he was Managing Director of Nycome Heilmittelwerke GmbH, Managing Director of Nycomed Austria GmbH and other shareholders of the Nycomed Group in Austria, and Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales Central & Southern Europe (Nycomed Group). Since 2007, Pfeiler has been the managing partner of Pfeiler Consulting und Beteiligungs-GmbH, a consulting company and a company holding company.

Between 2003 and 2007 he was a member of the board of directors of the Upper Austrian Federation of Industry , the “Medicines” working group of the Chamber of Commerce and the “Chemistry” committee of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. In addition, from 2005 to 2007 he was chairman of the chemical industry representative of the Upper Austria Chamber of Commerce.
