Andri Bischofberger (born February 25, 1998 ) is a Swiss floorball player . He is under contract with National League A representative Chur Unihockey .
Career
society
Chur floorball
Bischofberger started his career at UHC Nesslau Sharks, later switched to the offspring of Chur Unihockey. During the 2015/16 season he was used for the first time for Chur. The rest of the season he played in the U21 team.
UHC Sarganserland
For the 2016/17 season, Bischofberger was awarded to UHC Sarganserland in order to collect match practice. He had a double license , which also enabled him to play floorball at Chur. At Sarganserland, the defensive player was used in 31 games and scored five points.
Chur floorball
On April 13, 2017, Chur Unihockey announced the return of the talented defender.
National team
In 2015, Bischofberger was called up for the U19 national team for the first time. He was used in two games during the Euro Floorball Tour. In 2017 he took part in the World Cup in Sweden with Switzerland. Switzerland finished fourth behind Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic.
Private
Andri Bischofberger is the brother of Nicola Bischofberger , who also plays floorball.
