AneJiru The Animation Shirakawa Sanshimai ni Omakase ( jap. 姉汁THE ANIMATION ~白川三姉妹におまかせ~ ), or short AneJiru The Animation is a two-part OVA from the Hentai - Genre . This is based on an Eroge by Atelier Kaguya , which in turn is based on a visual novel , and was created in collaboration between the producers Pink Pineapple and T-Rex .

Yū, who has lived with his grandparents since shortly after his mother's death, moves away into the house of his stepfather and his three stepsisters. Since the stepfather is an archaeologist and therefore almost never at home, Yū is allowed to use his room. While cleaning up the room, Yū accidentally comes into contact with a cursed vial. Now he has to collect the "love juices" (vaginal fluids) of his stepsisters and fill the glass with them, otherwise the worst possible will happen. However, if he manages, a wish will be granted to him and the girls who helped him. The curse of the bottle helps him, because it ensures that his sisters are attracted and aroused by him more quickly and also influences their wishes, provided that they would coit with him. So Yū is forced to tackle his mission.

The sequel Anejiru 2 The Animation: Shirakawa Sanshimai ni Omakase ( 姉 汁 2 THE ANIMATION ~ 白 川 三 姉妹 に お ま か せ ~ ) was released on November 26, 2010 and February 25, 2011 and has a running time of 30 minutes per episode.

The end credits song for the episodes is My Sweet Room, sung by MIYu.
