Angel Cat Sugar
Angel Cat Sugar ( Japanese エ ン ジ ェ ル キ ャ ッ ト シ ュ ガ ー , Enjeru Kyatto Shugā ) is a fictional character by the Japanese designer Yuko Shimizu , who also invented the character Hello Kitty in 1974 .

Yuko Shimizu said he found a white cat with two kittens on the street, which she named Pīchan and took home with her. According to Shimizu, Pīchan raised her own kittens and two strange kittens there and disappeared after breastfeeding.
