Angela Titzrath (born April 30, 1966 in Essen ) is a German manager. Since January 1, 2017, she has been CEO of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA).

Life

From 1991 to 2012 she held various top management positions in the Daimler Group, including Board Member for Sales in the Buses division. Titzrath gained international experience as managing director of Mercedes-Benz Credit of Canada and as a member of the North American management of Daimler-Benz AG InterServices, debis AG and from 2002 to 2005 as commercial director of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Vitoria, Spain.

After her time in the Daimler Group, Titzrath was on the board of Deutsche Post (DHL) and then as a member of the supervisory board for various companies and organizations. She studied economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum and speaks five foreign languages ​​(English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French).
