Angelika Voland

Angelika Voland (born July 30, 1943 in Wurzen ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

After completing school, Voland did an apprenticeship as a fruit grower and a distance learning course as a kindergarten teacher. She worked in this profession for 25 years. She later studied social pedagogy at the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences and from 1997 worked independently in a travel agency.

In 1994, Voland became a member of Rostock's citizenship, where she was a member of the social committee. She was chairman of the local association Lütten Klein and a member of the local advisory board . From 2002 to 2006 she was a member of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state parliament , she was directly elected in the Rostock II constituency.

Voland is married and has five children.
