Angiola Janigro
Angiola Janigro (born May 22, 1947 in Florence ) is an Italian theater and film director and screenwriter .
Janigro had a degree in literature in 1973 when she began studying theater and film directing at La Sapienza University and then at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia . Between 1976 and 1988 she staged numerous plays on various stages, where she also appeared as an actress. She made her film debut in 1985 when she was filming with Heddy Honigman in the Netherlands based on her own script De deur van het huis , which was not exploited in her home country. Also L'equivoco della luna, made in 1992 for the "Anjo Film" she had founded four years earlier, which had an international cast, could not succeed in the cinemas. Oggidunque , shown at various festivals in 2005 , was not shown in cinemas . Since then she has written several scripts.
