The angler loop is a node that is particularly suitable for applying loops in smooth nylon tendons or elastic cords.

As a loop on the leader. It is used, according to its name, to attach fishhooks to fishing line, but also to attach rubber ropes for bungee jumping . The fishing loop pulls very tight under load and is difficult to loosen again.
Knot
Put an overhand knot on top of the slip, put the loose end around the standing end, push it through the overhand knot, pull tight, done.
