Angostura bark

The dried bark of the Angostura tree ( Angostura trifoliata (Willd.) TS Elias Syn. Cusparia febrifuga Humb.), Which is used in some imitation products of the Angostura bitters, is called Angostura bark .

Angostura bark contains alkaloids , essential oils and quinoline derivatives , among other things .
