Annette Hadding

Annette Hadding (born December 3, 1975 in Mainz ) is a former German swimmer .

Annette Hadding started for SC Jan Wellem Düsseldorf . In 1990 she was European Junior Champion over 100 meters freestyle. She won her only German championship title at the German Championships in 1991 over 50 meters butterfly, over 50 meters freestyle she took third place in 1991. At the German Championships in 1992 she took fourth place over 50 meters freestyle and sixth place over 100 meters freestyle and was nominated as a substitute swimmer for the relay at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. In the run-up to the 4 x 100 meter freestyle relay in Barcelona Manuela Stellmach , Kerstin Kielgaß , Annette Hadding and Daniela Hunger qualified for the final with the third-best time. In the final, Franziska van Almsick , Simone Osygus , Daniela Hunger and Manuela Stellmach swam into third place behind the US and China relays.

Annette Hadding and Kerstin Kielgaß also received a bronze medal for their work in the preliminary run and were also awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf on June 23, 1993.

In 1993 Hadding finished third again at the German championships over 50 meters freestyle behind van Almsick and Osygus.
