history

According to an inscription, the residence was built in 1617. In the second quarter of the 19th century, Georg Hauberrisser the elder had the building expanded and converted into an estate. In 1956 the building was restored.

description

On a hill in the former vineyard there is a wine keeper's house or Salettl, which was probably built by Hauberrisser. The former farm building is located at the intersection of Kehlbergstrasse and Martinhofstrasse. This was expanded and is now used for residential purposes. It has a basket arch stone gate dated 1835 .

The door frame in the interior of the mansion, like the profiled wooden beam ceiling, was made in 1617. The partially inlaid late Baroque furniture, manufactured in the third quarter of the 18th century, comes from the former Pöllau Castle .
