Facial analysis

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The face analysis , also known as face diagnosis or Sonnerschau called, is a scientifically recognized method of diagnosis of Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler that of Kurt Hickethier was further developed. During a serious illness, Hickethier came across the therapy postulated by Schüßler with the so-called Schüßler salts , which fascinated him so much that he began to consider this area himself.

Schüßler was of the opinion that diseases arise from a lack of various minerals. By taking homeopathic doses of these salts, the body cells should be able to absorb the missing so-called subtle minerals directly into the cell interior . These ideas have no verifiable basis, and the effectiveness of the Schuessler salts could not be proven.

The facial analysis deals with the determination of these alleged mineral deficiencies in the human organism. Here too, however, there is no scientific evidence that this diagnostic method can actually be used to detect diseases.

Kurt Hickethier analyzed the assumed mineral deficiencies in a person's face and observed them over long periods of time. He believed that he had discovered that the Schuessler salts reduce various colorations, sheen and wrinkles on the face. In his opinion, laypeople who have mastered facial diagnostics can also prescribe the various Schüßler salts and thereby alleviate or even eliminate diseases. Hickethier also said that the timely administration can prevent illnesses and operational disruptions from the outset.

Even today, the face analysis is used by various alternative practitioners . Sometimes - in contrast to Hickethier's approach - other features such as the texture of fingernails or calluses are also taken into account in addition to the face.
