Anton De Visscher
Anton J. De Visscher (born May 29, 1896 in Nazareth (Belgium) , † 1981 ) was a German local politician.
Career
De Visscher received his doctorate in 1926 from the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne . In 1945/46 he was the first mayor of Velbert after the end of the Second World War .
