Anton Gössinger (* 1905 in Mistelbach ; † 1994 ) was an Austrian senior lecturer, local writer and he is considered the founder of the Leiserberge Nature Park .

Gössinger was director of the boys' high school in Mistelbach and editor of the "Weinviertler Nachrichten", chairman of the Weinviertel cultural association and from 1970 chairman of the Mistelbach adult education center for 20 years .

Honors

  • On March 27, 2004, a memorial stone was unveiled in his honor on the Buschberg by the Mistelbach Alpine Club, the Leiser Berge Nature Park, the Weinviertel Cultural Association and the State of Lower Austria.
