Anton Hofmann (civil servant)

Anton Hofmann (born October 17, 1949 in Haßfurt ) is a Bavarian administrative lawyer .

Life

After studying law, he worked in the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance from 1978 to 1983 . He then worked for Bayerische Landesbank until 1985, mainly in international business. In 1986 he moved to the Bavarian State Chancellery , where from 2003 to 2013 he was Head of the Department “Legislation and Law, Administrative Modernization, Armed Forces” as ministerial director. From 2013 until his retirement in July 2016, he was the “Bavarian Federal Representative” in Berlin .
