Anton Maerker

Anton Maerker (* around 1820; † January 5, 1866 ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Anton Maerker studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1840 he became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service and completed the government traineeship with the government in Frankfurt / Oder . From there he was provisionally in 1849 and finally to the end of 1850 District Administrator of the district Calau appointed. He held the office until his death in 1866.
