Anton Preysser
Anton Preysser was Munich's first bridge master from 1536 . From 1540 he is also named as the person in charge of the urban agitation systems. For the maintenance of the bridges, weirs and other water structures , he receives an official apartment at the Isartor and a payment of 3 guilders per quarter. He is the author of the bridge directory from 1562. His successor was Paulus Hintermayr .
