Anton Salg (* 1880 or 1881 ; † January 1940 ) was a German football player and official.

Life

From 1896 to 1899 Anton Salg was active as a football player at FC Karlsvorstadt . In 1899 he founded the FC Stuttgarter Cickers with 20 other young men . As a founding member, he was also part of the first board of the association, while he acted as the Cickers' cashier. Later Salg was also active as the 2nd chairman of the Kickers. Between 1911 and 1912 he was also chairman of the association.

Salg died in January 1940 at the age of 59.
