Antonello Antinoro (born August 3, 1960 in Palermo ) is an Italian politician.

Antinoro is a specialist in orthopedics and naturopathy and is chief physician for naturopathy at the local health authority in Palermo.

In 2001 Antinoro was elected to the regional assembly of Sicily for the first time . From May 2008 onwards, he was head of the regional department for cultural goods and education in the region of Sicily for one year . In 2008 he was elected to the Italian Senate and in 2009 to the European Parliament . However, in 2010 he left his previous party, the UDC , and joined its split, the I Popolari di Italia Domani .

Antinoro is a member of the Committee on Fisheries , of the delegation for relations with the Mercosur countries and of the delegation to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly .
