Appleton (Warrington)

Appleton is a civil parish in the English Unitary Authority Warrington in the region of North West England . In 2001 it had 10,477 inhabitants. Appleton is a southern suburb of Warrington .

In the Domesday Book , Appleton is mentioned as Epeltune .
