The Arènes de Picasso are an ensemble of buildings in the Pavé-Neuf district of the Paris suburb of Noisy-le-Grand , in the Seine-Saint-Denis department , in the Île-de-France region , in France . It was built between 1977 and 1985. The building ensemble was designed by the Spanish architect Manuel Núñez Yanowsky .

The building ensemble is grouped in an octagonal shape around the Place Pablo-Picasso in Noisy-le-Grand and is intersected by two axes (north-south and west-east). The most striking buildings in the ensemble are two round high-rise slabs, which are popularly known as Camemberts because of their appearance .

The ensemble of buildings includes 540 social housing, a day nursery, a school and shops.

The building complex can also be found in the "Seine-Saint-Denis" version by Monopoly. Like the Espaces d'Abraxas , it can be seen in the clip Different leagues by the Australian-Ghanaian rapper Manu Crooks (2018).
