The building ensemble is grouped in an octagonal shape around the Place Pablo-Picasso in Noisy-le-Grand and is intersected by two axes (north-south and west-east). The most striking buildings in the ensemble are two round high-rise slabs, which are popularly known as Camemberts because of their appearance .
The ensemble of buildings includes 540 social housing, a day nursery, a school and shops.
The building complex can also be found in the "Seine-Saint-Denis" version by Monopoly. Like the Espaces d'Abraxas , it can be seen in the clip Different leagues by the Australian-Ghanaian rapper Manu Crooks (2018).
