The Arajin chumb 2001 was the tenth season of the second highest Armenian league in men's football . It was held from May 15 to November 10, 2001.

mode

The season was conducted in a two-tier format with eight teams. In the preliminary round, each team competed against each other twice; once at home and once away. Then the best four teams played in the championship round and the last four in the relegation round. The results against the respective three clubs from the preliminary round were taken over.

Arpa Yeghegnadsor withdrew before the start of the season. The first in the championship round rose to the Bardsragujn chumb .
