Futbolayin Akumb MIKA Ashtarak is an Armenian football club that comes from Ashtarak , but currently plays in Yerevan in the Bardsragujn chumb .

history

The club, founded in 1985, played under-class for years. At the end of the 1999 season, the club qualified for the relegation game against FC Kilikia Yerevan , which ended with a 1-0 win. The club finished fourth in its first season in the House of Lords. In the same year, the first title in the club's history was celebrated when Zvartnots Yerevan was defeated by a 2-1 in the cup final. In the following year, the cup was defended by a success on penalties against FC Ararat Yerevan . While they played in the top midfield in the league, they achieved their third cup victory in 2003 , with a 1-0 victory against FC Banants Yerevan .

In 2004 MIKA was Armenian runner-up, but was 16 points behind the champions FC Pyunik Yerevan . In the following season, second in the table, three points were missing from the championship. With the fourth cup win in 2005, this time with a 2-0 win against Kilikia Yerevan, and the subsequent title defense in December 2006 against Pyunik Yerevan (1-0 win), they passed Ararat Yerevan as the record winner.
