Arantes Isac Sarmento is an East Timorese civil servant and administrator.

As early as 2012, Sarmento was District Secretary or Deputy Administrator of Manufahi under Administrator . He kept this position when Carlito Pinheiro de Araújo became the new administrator of the municipality in 2015 . When Araújo died in a traffic accident on September 30, 2018, Sarmento himself was given the office of administrator.
