Araxa (Greek Ἄραξα) was an ancient city in Asia Minor landscape Lycia in today's Ören in Turkey. It was in the north of the Xanthos valley.

Little is known about the city's history. She was a member of the Lycian League , into which the neighboring town of Orloanda was accepted through her mediation. Araxa coins are unknown. In late antiquity the city was the seat of a bishop; The titular Araxa of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to the diocese .

Some wall remains of the city have been preserved, as well as rock graves of Lycian design.
