Arcad is a CAAD program for two-dimensional and three-dimensional architectural drawings . The program is designed for architects , civil engineers and urban planners . It is up to the user whether he draws the drawing traditionally in 2D or models it in 3D and then creates the 2D drawings required for construction.

technology

The program is written in ANSI C with the help of the OpenMotif GUI toolkit and should therefore run very quickly and independently of the distribution used.
