Archambault Ridge is a mountain ridge in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises in the Deep Freeze Range of the Transantarctic Mountains between the Rainey and Recoil glaciers .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after Lieutenant John Louis Archambault of the US Navy, medical officer at McMurdo Station in the year 1967.
