The Archive of Public Law (abbreviated: AöR ) is a legal specialist journal that has existed since 1885 , in which articles on public law , today primarily the Federal Republic of Germany, are published. Shortly after it was founded and until 1918, it was regarded as the “leading constitutional journal” in Germany.

The magazine was founded in 1885 by Paul Laband and Felix Stoerk as a quarterly and is now published by Verlag Mohr Siebeck with an edition of 1,250 copies. Udo Di Fabio , Peter M. Huber and Martin Eifert act as editors with the participation of Peter Badura , Rüdiger Breuer , Horst Ehmke , Jochen Abraham Frowein , Peter Häberle and Peter Lerche (as of 2017).
