history
Argo Personal Service was founded in Augsburg in 1988 by Alfred Röhrle and Günter Ogger ("rivets in pinstripes") and taken over in 1998 by Marcus Schulz, Christian Pflüger and Nord Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. From 2007 on, the entrepreneurs Pflüger and Schulz were sole shareholders of the Argo Group. Marcus Schulz has been the sole shareholder of the Argo Group GmbH since 2016. Over the years, the Argo Group has taken over a number of smaller personnel service providers such as A&Z Zeitarbeit.
