Ari Lehman
Ari Lehman (born May 2, 1965 in Brooklyn , New York ) is an American actor and musician , who first became known as Jason Voorhees on Friday the 13th (1980) .
Life
Ari Lehman grew up in Newport, Connecticut . At a young age he received piano lessons in classical music and jazz. His talent was recognized early on, so that he received a nationwide award from the well-known jazz pianist Billy Taylor for his jazz piano playing and a scholarship to the Berklee School of Music .
