Ariel Davrieux

Ariel Davrieux (* in the 20th century) is a Uruguayan politician and economist.

Davrieux, a member of the Partido Colorado , completed his studies at the Universidad de la República (UdelaR) as a Certified Public Accountant . There he also teaches as a “grado 5” professor at the economics faculty. During Julio María Sanguinetti's first presidency , he was director of the Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto (OPP) from March 1, 1985 to February 12, 1990 . He also held this position between March 1, 1995 and February 28, 2005 during Sanguinetti's second presidential phase and under his successor Jorge Batlle .
