Aris Tatarounis ( Greek Άρης Ταταρούνης ; born May 4, 1989 in Athens , Greece ) is a Greek basketball player who is 1.92 m tall and plays in the position of point guard .
Career
Aris Tatarounis started his career in the youth department of the Greek record champions Panathinaikos Athens where he played until 2005. After major injury concerns in the men's division of the club at the beginning of the 2005/2006 season, Tatarounis received a professional contract and played with the first team until the end of the season. After winning the double , Tatarounis moved to Pangrati Athens where he was under contract for one season in the Greek second division. In 2007 Tatarounis returned to Panathinaikos Athens. In the following season Tatarounis was able to win the Greek double again and played for the first time in the ULEB Euroleague .
