Arizona State Route 186 is a highway in the US state of Arizona that runs in a north-south direction.
The highway begins on Interstate 10 in Willcox and ends west of the Chiricahua National Monument on Arizona State Route 181 . After the State Route leaves Willcox, it only runs through sparsely populated areas. The road serves as a gateway to Chiricahua National Monument for visitors coming from the north.
