Armando Zani (born October 15, 1975 in Tirana , Albania ) is an Albanian football player who is currently a player-coach at TV Oberndorf in the district league.

Career

Active club career

The midfielder began his professional career in 1997 at Eintracht Braunschweig . For the 1999/2000 season he moved to Rot-Weiss Essen and in the summer of 2000 he moved to 1. FC Magdeburg in the Regionalliga Nord . For the 2002/2003 season he moved to SSV Jahn Regensburg , where he made direct promotion to the second division . In the second division, however, he was only used once. He then moved to FC Augsburg . After two years he then moved to FC Ingolstadt 04 and finally back to SSV Jahn Regensburg in the summer of 2007. From 2009 to 2011 he played at SV Fortuna Regensburg in the Oberpfalz regional league.

In the regional league Zani played 92 games (24 goals), in the second division only one game (no goal).

Coaching career

After coaching the U-15s of SSV Jahn Regensburg, he switched to FC Kosova Regensburg as game coach on June 27, 2011. Since the 2012-2013 season Armando Zani has been working as a player-coach at the regional league club FC Viehhausen.

Armando Zani is married and has one daughter.
