Armidale painter
The Armidale painter was an Apulian vase painter . His works are dated back to the middle of the 4th century BC. Dated.
The work of the Armidale painter is characterized by the representation of women's heads. He shows them on plates and skyphoi . The long necks, small chins, headgear and side curls are striking. His pictures are similar to those of the amphora group . The Armidale Painter may be identical to the Ganymede Painter .
