Arno Carstens (born March 12, 1972 ) is a South African singer from Stellenbosch near Cape Town .

Life career

Before starting a solo career, Arno Carstens was the lead singer of the Springbok Nude Girls .

His music, which moves between pop music and rock music , shows his origins in alternative rock .

Arno Carstens played a. a. in the opening act for the Rolling Stones , Celine Dion , The Police , Simple Minds and Meat Loaf .

In 2008 Carstens lived in London , where he was preparing his next album.

In 2016, Die Aandblom 13 ( afr : Die Abendblume ) was the first album that was not sung in English but in Afrikaans .
