Arrhabaios (son of Aeropos)
Arrhabaios ( Greek Ἀρραβαῖος ; † 336 BC ), from Lynkestis and son of Aeropos , was with his brother Heromenes in 336 BC. Allegedly involved in the murder of the Macedonian king Philip II by Pausanias . They were executed at the funeral service of the murder victim . Her younger brother Alexander "the Lynkeste" was not bothered about the assassination attempt, but he later betrayed Alexander the great and was killed in 330 BC. Executed.
Arrhabaios had two sons, Amyntas († probably 333 BC) and Neoptolemus . While the first also remained innocent and became an officer of Alexander the great, the second fled to the court of the Persian great king.
