Arroz de marisco

Arroz de marisco is a Portuguese dish that is made primarily from rice and seafood such as shrimp and parts of larger animals, e.g. B. Lobster claws and clams that are cooked in a saucepan. The dish gets its orange-red color from chopped (mixed) parts of the sea creatures. Coriander is used as the main spice .
