Arseni Grigoryevich Swerev
Arseny Grigoryevich Zverev ( Russian Арсений Григорьевич Зверев ; born February 6 . Jul / 18th February 1900 greg. , † 27. July 1969 in Moscow ) was a Soviet Finance Minister (1938-1948 and 1948-1960). Zverev joined the Communist Party of Russia (Bolsheviks) ( KPR (B) ) in 1919 and fought in the Russian Civil War . Later on, Zverev studied in Moscow and after graduating worked in the city administration. In 1937 he was appointed Deputy People's Commissar for Finance.
