Humerus arteries of man

The arteria collateralis ulnaris superior ("upper artery accompanying the ulnar ") is an artery of the arm. It arises approximately in the middle of the upper arm from the upper arm artery , occasionally also from the deep artery brachii . It then runs along the medial head of the triceps brachii muscle , between the medial epicondyle of the humerus and the olecranon to the forearm . It is accompanied by the ulnar nerve . The artery ends under the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle in the rete articulare cubiti and anastomoses with the ramus posterior of the arteria recurrens ulnaris and the arteria collateralis ulnaris inferior .
