Thoracodorsal artery

The thoracodorsal artery (Latin for 'chest-back-artery') is an artery of the trunk . It arises from the subscapular artery and runs downwards with the thoracodorsal vein and the thoracodorsal nerve between the lateral chest wall and the latissimus dorsi muscle . It supplies the muscles in the adjacent areas.
